There are many landmarks to visit in Caltagirone: the Bourbon Prison, the Museum of Modern and Contemporary Arts, the International Museum of the Nativity, the Museum of Historical Caltagironesi and Sicilian Villas.

The town is also scattered with ceramics shops, and it houses Villa Patti and the communal park with majolica tiles and a famous staircase with 142 steps covered with ceramics.
